Magnus Emeus
CEO
Emeus re-joined as CEO in 2015, returning to Alvi Group having held the same position during the years 2010-2012. Emeus has extensive experience in top management positions within the injection moulding industry, which he has been a part of for 30 years. Emeus has previously held positions at well-renowned firms such as Nolato and Rosti. Emeus is also Chairman of the Board at Mjällby AIF, and holds a BSc in Business & Administration from the University of Växjö. In addition to being the CEO, Emeus currently serves as acting Managing Director for one of our subsidiaries, IV Moulding
Jon Ragnar Viggen
CFO
Serving as the CFO, Viggen brings significant experience from management consulting, M&A, and financial advisory having previously been a partner at the consulting firm Impello. Viggen also holds several board positions in both industrial and non-industrial companies (industrial production, IT, real estate, travel, sports). Viggen holds a MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim.
Håkan Olsson
Sales Director
Olsson is a vastly experienced Sales Director with over 20 years of working in the plastics industry. Olsson has held various commercial roles at well renowned firms such as Rosti and Nolato. He has also previously worked as a Business Unit Director at Worldmark, and received his education from Hässleholms Technical Gymnasium.
Arnt Terje Aksnes
MD Indsutriverktøy
Initially joining as a Project Manager in 2016, Aksnes now serves as Managing Director at Industriverktøy. Aksnes has over 25 years of experience in the injection moulding and tool making industry, having previously risen through the ranks at the Norwegian company Nopla (formerly Lycro). Here he held project leadership positions before becoming Managing Director at Lycro China. Aksnes received his education from Leksvik Videregående Skole.
Fredrik Carlsson
MD Techmould
Having joined in 2014, Carlsson serves as the Managing Director of Techmould, our plant in Suzhou China. Carlsson brings 30 years of highly competent experience from the plastics industry. His previous roles include various top managerial positions at Nolato, Radius PD Europe, and Nypro. Carlsson is educated in Mechanical Engineering, having studied at Lund University.
Michaela Runeberg
MD Frohe Sweden
Runeberg is the Managing Director of Frohe Sweden, overseeing our plant in Tyresö. Runeberg has over 10 years of industry knowledge, having previously served as the company’s HR Manager. In this role she was responsible for environmental issues and change management, which included implementing lean production methodologies. Runeberg holds a BSc in HR and Organization from Stockholm University.
Dominik Kordowiak
MD Frohe Poland
Kordowiak is the Managing Director at Frohe Poland based in Wroclaw. Having joined Frohe Group in 2005, he has 20 years of experience in the industry. Kordowiak has previously held roles at Frohe including Customer Team and Project Manager, where he gained experience in areas such as tooling, production, and engineering. Before joining Frohe, Kordowiak held roles at Perla and DeLaval Operations. He holds a MSc in Chemistry and Technology of Polymers.
