Injection Molding Machine Setter
About the Job

The Injection Molding Machine Setter is responsible for preparing, starting, and supervising production on machines used in the manufacturing of plastic products. They monitor the process and ensure its stability. The ideal candidate has knowledge of the injection molding process, machine construction, and uses lean tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Changing molds in accordance with the SMED method
- Setting and adjusting machine parameters to ensure optimal product quality
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitoring process parameters
- Optimizing production processes
- Inspecting the technical condition of machines
- Collaborating with maintenance and quality teams to resolve technical issues
- Troubleshooting issues in the injection molding process
- Reporting during meetings and completing checklists

Setter/Process Technician
About the Job

Have you worked as an injection molding technician/process engineer and are looking for a new employer in Stockholm? We are constantly looking for new setters for our production facility in Tyresö.

At Frohe, we focus on medical technology products with short production runs and high demands on finish and precision. In addition to 19 injection molding machines, our factory also has a tool workshop, a project office, and an assembly department. Since the autumn of 2020, we have been part of Alvi Group. We have a total of 30 employees at our factory in Tyresö.

Job Responsibilities
- Set up machines and start production
- Troubleshoot processes
- Improve methods to shorten setup times and increase machine utilization
- Actively participate in the department’s continuous improvement efforts
Your Profile

We believe that you are a solution-oriented, meticulous, and dedicated person who takes pride in doing a good job.

Experience with Wemo and ABB robots is a plus.
