From design to stable production

We provide tooling, injection moulding, decoration and assembly across a group with 100+ injection moulding machines and automation equipment. That gives you flexibility in volume, geography and production setup—without losing control of quality.

We provide plastic manufacturing services across product development, precision tooling, injection moulding, decoration, and assembly. For projects with strict hygiene requirements, we also offer cleanroom manufacturing.
Below is what we do – and what you get from it.

  • Design

We support design work in-house for selected opportunities, and bring in trusted partners when needed.
What you get: a product designed for manufacturing early—so you don’t spend months fixing avoidable issues later.

  • Project management

Our project managers are based at our plants, close to the action. We can also support projects from the European time zone when production is planned in China.
What you get: a project that moves forward with fewer misunderstandings and better control.

  • Tool making and machining

Our tooling shop in Leksvik builds advanced tools for selected customers. We design tools in 3D and manufacture using 3- and 5-axis machining, EDM and WEDM.
What you get: high-quality tooling built for repeatability, not heroics.

  • Mould sourcing

For our injection moulding business we mainly use our established network when it comes to sourcing the tools/moulds externally. Our network include very experienced and skilled tool makers in Asia & Europe.

  • Injection moulding

We run around 100 machines (25–500 tonnes) across our four sites, with robots on most presses and capability in 2K and insert moulding.
What you get: stable output across a wide range of thermoplastics (filled and non-filled).

  • Decoration

Laser etching, Lean PVD metallisation in Norway, tampo printing across sites, and IML available.
What you get: finishes that look right and hold up in use.

  • Assembly

Assembly across all sites—manual or automated depending on volume.
What you get: fewer handovers, better quality control, simpler logistics.
