Industrial
Alvi Group supports a wide range of brand leading customers in the Industrial market segment.
Our offerings are focused around our core process of injection molding. In addition to the injection molding process we also have adjacent value added processes such as various assembly methods.
We have extensive knowledge and experience of insert molding in various types of products, mainly inserting metal either in the form of stamped sheet metal or various types of screw inserts.
We work closely with our customers to develop long term relationships and to create the best possible product. To do this we focus on strong project management, early involvement, engineering and development support, leading to an optimized product.
We have a quality management system in place that provides for continuous improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste.
Medical
Medical has grown strongly at Alvi Group and continues to grow as we plan to introduce Medical production in more of our different production sites.
We assist customers in all phases from construction to delivered product. An important value added service we provide during this process is to support the customer in developing the right production processes to optimize cost and quality. A typical medical project for us consists of a base unit manufactured in series of 10,000 to 100,000 per year. Additionally there can be disposable items on top with series of millions of pieces/year.
Manufacturing can be offered in different environments with clean rooms validated according to ISO 14644-1 class 8 as one of them. We do perform both injection moulding (including 2K) & assembling in this clean room environment.
We manufacture components, assemble them (automatically or manually dependent of the volumes) & do final testing. We are also responsible for the purchasing of subcomponents which are ingredients in the final product. In every aspect for the process, we do it according to ISO 13 485.
