Techmould was founded in 2002 and has grown into a major production site within Alvi Group, serving customers in medical, automotive and industrial markets. The site combines scale, process discipline and flexibility, making it a strong fit for both technical and high-volume projects.

Capabilities

Project delivery is backed by experienced, English-speaking project managers with strong industry knowledge. With 53 high-precision injection moulding machines, ISO Class 8 cleanroom capability, in-house automation development and broad post-processing and assembly expertise, Techmould supports projects from early-stage input to finished unit.

  • Design support

    Techmould supports customer R&D and product development from an early stage, including application studies and mould-flow simulation. This helps reduce risk, improve manufacturability and create a smoother path into production.

  • Project management

    Techmould works in a project-oriented way, with a focus on efficiency, quality, cost and safety. The site’s project managers have experience from automotive, medical and related industries, and all have passed PMI/PMP testing. They also speak fluent English, helping keep communication direct and practical throughout the project.

  • Cleanroom production

    The site includes a 100K cleanroom for injection moulding and assembly, with all testing indicators meeting ISO 14644-1:2015 Class 8 standards. Techmould also has practical experience supporting new medical projects and related validation requirements.

  • Tooling and automation

    Techmould has strong experience in tooling design and a professional tooling assembly workshop for complex tools. The site also has an in-house automation team that develops equipment to improve efficiency, control and repeatability in production.

  • 1K and 2K injection moulding

    Techmould operates 53 high-precision injection moulding machines from 50 to 500 tons. All machines run with fully automatic humidity-controlled dryers, mould temperature control systems, and 3- or 6-axis robots to support stable, consistent production. The site has broad experience across demanding injection moulding programmes, including 1K and 2K production.

  • Post-processing and assembly

    Post-processing capabilities include hot stamping, gluing, hot melting, pad printing, laser engraving, ultrasonic welding, laser welding, airtightness testing, and assembly of various components. Techmould also has more than 10 multi-colour printing machines to meet a wide range of product requirements.


Performance and focus

Techmould shipped 199,276,949 parts in 2025 and reported 100% delivery performance based on confirmed schedule. The site serves customers across medical, automotive and industrial segments, with the scale and structure to support demanding programmes over time.

Sustainability

Techmould is also taking concrete steps to reduce its footprint. The site produces around 15–20% of its energy needs through its own solar panels, with installed capacity to generate more than 1 million kWh per year. In 2025, Techmould also achieved an EcoVadis Bronze Medal with a score of 64, while continuing to support local social responsibility initiatives.
