For more than 30 years, Frohe Sweden has produced injection moulded plastic parts and assembly units for customers in MedTech, agriculture, appliances and automotive. The common thread is not the industry itself, but the level of complexity. Many of our customers come to us because they need strong validation, traceability, finish and function in the same project.

Capabilities
Frohe Sweden supports customers from the conceptual stage to finished, delivered products. By combining moulding, cleanroom production, assembly and several secondary processes in one setup, the site can help reduce handovers, improve control, and make demanding projects a bit less demanding.

Frohe Sweden offers injection moulding, including 2-component moulding, for customers with high demands on precision, consistency and finish.

Cleanroom production and assembly
The site offers moulding in cleanroom and ISO Class 8 cleanroom assembly, supporting projects with strict hygiene and traceability requirements.

Manual and automated assembly
Frohe Sweden works with both manual and automatic assembly lines, depending on the product, the process and the volume.

Joining and bonding
Capabilities include ultrasonic welding, laser welding, and assembly using both light-curing and isocyanate-based adhesives.

Decoration and finishing
The site offers tampo printing, plasma and corona surface treatment, and labelling for marketing and product presentation needs.

Tool workshop and 3D printing
Frohe Sweden also has an in-house tool workshop and 3D printing capability, supporting development work, adjustments and practical problem-solving along the way.
