— How we help
Possibilities
Typical production volumes are in the range of 20,000 to 200,000 parts, while some programmes run into the millions. Frohe Poland is particularly well suited to customers who need both flexibility and control: from injection moulding and cleanroom capability to assembly, measurement and technical support in one setup.
-
Injection moulding
Frohe Poland operates 25 injection moulding machines in the 35 to 450 ton range, including 2K capability. This gives the site the flexibility to support a broad range of parts, materials and project sizes.
-
Cleanroom and assembly
The site includes ISO Class 8 cleanroom capability and assembly operations, supporting customers with higher requirements for control, cleanliness and consistency.
-
Welding, printing and finishing
Frohe Poland offers ultrasonic welding and tampo printing as part of its downstream capabilities, helping customers reduce handovers and keep more of the process in one place.
-
Tooling and technical support
The site includes a tooling room and technical support functions such as CNC milling, EDM sinker, CNC turning, welding and inspection. Measurement capabilities include microscope inspection, Zeiss CMM and SPC.
-
Materials we work with
Frohe Poland works with a broad range of plastics, including PE, PP, PS, ABS, ASA, PA 6 / 6.6 / 11 / 12, POM, PMMA, PC, PBT, PSU, PPSU, PPS, PPE/PS, TPE, TPU and TPV, as well as blends such as PC/ABS and PC/PBT. Several of these are processed with fillers including talc and glass fibre.

Segments and scale
Today, Frohe Poland serves customers mainly in industrial applications, alongside medical and automotive projects. The current segment mix is approximately 77% industrial, 14% medical and 10% automotive. The site has a total headcount of 75, including 15 white-collar employees.
Background
Frohe Poland is part of a longer Frohe story. Frohe AB was founded in Tyresö in 1991, and the Polish operation began in 2005 through the acquisition of the DeLaval injection moulding plant. Production was later relocated and expanded, including the start of medical production in cleanroom in 2016–2017, before Frohe became part of Alvi Group in 2020.
