Precision plastics.
Made to perform.

We take on demanding injection moulding projects with 60+ years of production experience behind us, 100+ machines across our sites, and a way of working built around steady improvement.

You get local follow-up, backed by group capacity in Norway, Sweden, Poland and China.

From idea to reliable production

We support you from early design decisions to finished parts and assembly. That means fewer handovers, better control,
and a smoother path from idea to reliable production.

  • Design

We support design work in-house for selected projects—and bring in trusted partners when that’s the smarter move.
What you get: fewer iterations, fewer tool changes, smoother ramp-up.

  • Project management

Your project manager sits close to the people and machines doing the work.
What you get: faster decisions, fewer surprises, better flow.

  • Toolmaking and machining

It’s where we started in 1961—and it’s still a core strength. We design tools in 3D and build advanced tooling for selected customers in Leksvik, Norway.
What you get: robust tools, tight tolerances, predictable output.

  • Mould sourcing

When a tool is better sourced externally, we use a proven network in Europe and Asia.
What you get: the right tool for the job—without gambling on new suppliers.

  • Injection moulding

Around 100 machines across four sites, with robots on most presses for consistency and efficient handling.
What you get: reliable production at scale, with strong process discipline.

  • Decoration

Laser etching, tampo printing, IML, and in-line metallisation (Lean PVD) in Norway.
What you get: functional and visual finishes—done in ways that hold up.

  • Assembly

Manual or automated assembly across all sites, based on volume and complexity.
What you get: fewer suppliers, better control, cleaner logistics.

Why Alvi

Because good production is built on trust. More than 80% of our customers are OEMs, and customer churn is close to zero. We stay close to the work, communicate clearly, and raise issues early—before they turn into delays, scrap or expensive tool changes.

We know the plastics industry has a heavy footprint. That’s why we aren’t just talking about change, we’re measuring it. In 2025, we released our very first Sustainability Report to set a baseline for where we are and where we need to go. From covering our factory roof in China with 7,600 square meters of solar panels to hitting an all-time high in employee satisfaction, we’re making moves that matter.

Quality you can document.

We run certified quality and environmental management systems across the group (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, plus segment-specific standards including ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 where relevant).
